Recommended transport
From 16 to 22 September the European Mobility Week is celebrated. This year the theme is "Energy Efficiency", to highlight intermodality.
Changing our mode of transport can mean living in a better city and breathing healthier air. Using public transport to get to work, cycling around the city or walking to go shopping can play an important role in our health.
Like every year, a number of events have been organised to foster sustainability and safety.
See the European Mobility Week events on the Barcelona city Council website.
