The La Mercè Race is back on 29 September. This iconic event is a city hallmark and one of the most charitable races.
- Date: Sunday 29 September.
- Timetable: 6 am to 3 pm, approximately.
- Route: the 10 km run starts and finishes at Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina, passing through Plaça d’Espanya, Avinguda del Paral·lel, Carrer de Calàbria, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, Passeig de Sant Joan, Carrer de Ali Bei (reverse direction), Carrer de Roger de Flor, Passeig de Pujades, Passeig de Lluís Companys again, Arc de Triomf, Ronda de Sant Pere, Ronda de la Universitat, Plaça Universitat, Ronda de Sant Antoni, Carrer de Sepúlveda, Carrer de Viladomat and back up Avinguda del Paral·lel to Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina.
- Lines affected whose routes will be diverted or limited: D20, D50, H12, H14, H16, V9, V11, V13, V15, V17, V19, 6, 7, 13, 19, 21, 22, 24, 39, 46, 47, 54, 55, 59, 63, 65, 67, 79, 120, 121, 141, 150 and Barcelona Bus Turístic (Blue and Red routes).
