Reporting damage on TMB public transport premises

If you notice damage or wear and tear to TMB vehicles or premises, you can report it to a metro staff member or the bus driver, or let us know by using the form below. If you provide us with specific details of where the damage is, we can get to it more easily and repair it sooner.

If this damage has caused you harm or inconvenience, you can lodge a claim using the Complaints, claims and suggestions form.
