T-mobilitat validation is finally here for iPhone!

The mobile support for T-mobilitat, available on iPhone

You can use the Cartera T-mobilitat (e-wallet) synced with your T-mobilitat account through the TMB App. Load transport tickets onto your iPhone and validate them by bringing the phone close to the validator. Getting the Cartera T-mobilitat (e-wallet) is very easy, we'll explain how to do it.

If you already have a T-mobilitat account linked to your JoTMBé account

  1. Go to the T-mobilitat screen in the TMB App (version 20.15.3 or higher) and select the Mobile tab.
  2. The first time, you need to download the Cartera T-mobilitat (e-wallet) app. The TMB App will guide you.
  3. Once you have the Cartera T-mobilitat you can load your first travel pass. During this first load, a one-time charge of €1 will be applied to enable the use of the Cartera T-mobilitat app.
  4. To validate the loaded travel pass, open the Cartera T-mobilitat app and click on the Validate button for the pass. You can access the Cartera T-mobilitat app directly from your mobile or via the TMB App.

If you do not yet have a T-mobilitat account

You can sign up for T-mobilitat through the specific form available in the TMB App and TMB Tickets.

During the process, you will need to provide your basic ID details. If you allow the use of PICA, the sign-up process is automatic. If there are any issues during the process or you do not allow the use of PICA, you will need to upload scanned or photographed documentation.

Once the sign-up is confirmed, your T-mobilitat account will be linked to your JoTMBé account, and you will be able to manage all available online services via the TMB App and TMB Tickets.

To download the Cartera T-mobilitat (e-wallet) app, follow the steps outlined in the previous section.

If you have a T-mobilitat account but it is not linked to your JoTMBé account

You can link your T-mobilitat and JoTMBé accounts through the specific form available in the TMB App or TMB Tickets.

Once the linking is confirmed, you will be able to manage all T-mobilitat-related online services available via the TMB App and TMB Tickets.

To download the Cartera T-mobilitat app, follow the steps in the first section.

If you do not yet have a JoTMBé account

Register at JoTMBé and then link your T-mobilitat and JoTMBé accounts or create a T-mobilitat account as explained in the sections above.
