TMB has extended the capacity of codes in the metro and bus network to provide and innovative service and entertainment experience.
Where can I find smart tags?
There are over 13,000 smart tags in the TMB bus and metro network.
- When you travel by bus, you'll find them on bus line signs and information panels at stops.
- In the metro, they are at entrances, in lobbies, vending machine areas and lifts and on ticket validators, stairs and platforms.
Thanks to their unique features, ddTags can be read while moving, at a greater distance than QR codes and from different angles without having to focus the camera of the mobile device.
